As a consequence, irrespective of your place of residence, any purchase you make will occur in New Zealand and will be governed by these T&Cs and the laws of New Zealand. Any use of currencies other than New Zealand dollars are purely for your ease of reference.

Products displayed on this site can be purchased using the secure online Ecwid webstore platform & the Stripe payments platform. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

Tanie reserves the right to cancel orders for perceived fraudulent or nefarious activity on site.

Your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout.

The name that will appear on your statement after purchase will be Tanie.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax).

All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

Charges

You are required to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Site, at the price(s) in effect when these charges are incurred, including, without limitation, all shipping and handling charges and any applicable network charges in respect of mobile downloads. All sales through the Site are final, and all charges from those sales are non refundable, except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Delays

Technical and/or other problems may postpone, delay or prevent delivery of a particular Product. You should receive any Product(s) that you order within a reasonable timeframe depending on your location.

While our couriers make every effort to deliver parcels within our delivery timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery times as these can change for reasons which are beyond our control. We will not be liable for late deliveries or any loss, damage or cost incurred due to late delivery.

Colours & See thru effect

Every effort has been made to portray the colours & see thru effect of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Tanie cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Cancellations

It is possible to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted but we need to know as soon as possible. We aim to ship all orders as quick as possible so any changes need to be sent through as quickly as possible. Please email or ring Customer Services asap.

Refunds

At Tanie we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however if you have purchased an item and believe it to be faulty these can either be replaced or refunded. Free of charge.

We understand that buying clothing online can be tricky. Our lenient returns policy allow you to get a full refund or exchange for any products that you’re not happy with. You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items with a proof of purchase.

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all the garment tags still attached. We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style, size or colour of the same value. If there is a difference in value we will refund or ask for you to cover the difference in price. We will refuse returns of items where it is apparent that he conditions have not been met.
